ClickTimer does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data or browsing information, ever.
ClickTimer is a Chrome extension that detects time durations in the text of web pages and turns them into clickable timers. All processing happens entirely within your browser. Nothing leaves your device.
We collect nothing. ClickTimer does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information, browsing history, page content, or usage data of any kind.
ClickTimer reads the visible text on web pages you visit solely to detect time-related patterns (such as "30 minutes" or "2 hours"). This processing happens locally in your browser. No page content is ever sent to any server.
Your enable/disable preference is stored locally on your device using Chrome's built-in storage API. This preference never leaves your device.
ClickTimer does not use any third-party analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or tracking services. No data is shared with any third party under any circumstances.
ClickTimer requests the following Chrome permissions:
storage — used solely to remember whether you have enabled or disabled the extension. This data stays on your device.
Access to all websites — required so the extension can detect time durations on any page you choose to use it on. No page content is transmitted anywhere.
If this policy changes in the future, the updated version will be published at this URL with a revised date at the top.
